We perform surgeries at three hospitals. If you have a preference, please make the surgery scheduler aware as soon as possible. We will try and accommodate any request, but at times this is impossible due to the type of procedure, the physician’s schedule, and the timeliness of available rooms.

Surgical Information: In accordance with CMS regulations, Springfield Urology would like to inform you of the physician limited ownership of certain equipment, companies or hospitals. The physicians of Springfield Urology have limited ownership of GOML which is the company that provides the ESWL or extra-corporeal shockwave lithotripsy. They also have limited ownership of the Ohio Valley Medical Center. If you have any concerns about this, we will be happy to address them for you.
